Mindful Recovery as it is described on this site is a term that attempts to bring together mindfulness meditation, psychological restoration and a meaningful life. The term highlights the therapeutic value that is evident with mindfulness practice. If you have little or no knowledge of the subject please look around the site and hopefully this will encouragement to look deeper into the subject and most importantly experience it for yourself.
